Illinois Corn 69%, Soybeans 63% Good to Excellent


Illinois crops are off to a good start, despite drier than average conditions.

The USDA reports as of Sunday 95% of corn is planted with 84% emerged and a condition rating of 69% good to excellent.

Soybeans are 92% planted with 76% emerged and the crop is considered 63% good to excellent.
