This unique outdoor experience will take place at the Aroma Land and Water Preserve, located at 1578 S Heiland Road, St. Anne, Illinois.
Led by Dr. Robinson, this guided educational walk will focus on identifying wild edible plants found along the trail. Participants will gain valuable knowledge about local vegetation that can be safely harvested and used as food.
This event offers a hands-on opportunity to connect with nature and learn more about the plants growing in local ecosystems.
There is no fee to attend the Spring Forage Walk, but pre-registration is required to ensure a spot. Interested individuals are encouraged to sign up early due to limited space.
Participants should come prepared for a moderate walk on natural terrain. Comfortable walking or hiking shoes and appropriate outdoor clothing are strongly recommended.
