GROWMARK System is excited to announce the arrival of 95 interns for the summer of 2024, marking the beginning of an enriching journey for young professionals eager to explore opportunities in agriculture and business management. Selected through a competitive application process, interns will participate in two distinct internship programs tailored to their career interests and aspirations.

The Exploring Agriculture Internship Program welcomes 44 students, offering a hands-on experience focused on operations, equipment, and technology related to scouting, facilities, and maintenance. Designed for first or second-year college students, this program provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of agriculture, helping interns envision potential career paths within the industry.

Meanwhile, the GROWMARK Internship Program welcomes 51 students, offering business-focused internships with networking and development opportunities throughout the summer. Participants will have the chance to gain exposure in various areas such as business management, marketing, recruiting, accounting, IT innovation, and product/service-related activities, providing a well-rounded experience in the cooperative's operations.

Madison Kimpling, Student Recruiting Manager at GROWMARK, expressed enthusiasm for the incoming interns, highlighting the cooperative's commitment to providing a unique and valuable learning experience. "Both programs will help give students more clarity on what they want to do after they graduate and the career paths available to them in the agriculture industry," Kimpling stated.
