WIU Agriculture Student Receives Outstanding Chapter President Award

Western Illinois University's School of Agriculture celebrates the achievement of senior Katlin Tapley, who has been honored with the Outstanding Chapter President award by the Collegiate Farm Bureau. Tapley, a member of both the McDonough County Farm Bureau (CFB) and WIU Collegiate Farm Bureau chapter, demonstrates exemplary leadership and commitment to advancing agricultural education and engagement.

The award recognizes Tapley's outstanding contributions to the Collegiate Farm Bureau chapter, highlighting her dedication to various activities and initiatives throughout the year. From attending conferences to increasing student engagement and pursuing the chapter's goals, Tapley's leadership has left a significant impact on the organization.

Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Tapley emphasizes the collective effort of the chapter members and advisor Jana Knupp in achieving success. "This award is truly an honor that I could have never dreamed of," Tapley remarked.
