A major agriculture conference focused on generative artificial intelligence will take place on March 9, 2026, bringing together researchers, industry leaders and students to explore the future of digital farming.
The event is organized by the Center for Digital Agriculture and will be held at the iHotel and Conference Center.
The conference theme centers on the growing role of generative artificial intelligence in agriculture. These advanced tools are changing how farmers and researchers approach production, sustainability and problem solving.
Technologies such as large language models are helping improve crops, monitoring pest management and data driven decision making. By using artificial intelligence agriculture can become more efficient, precise and resilient.
Participants will hear from experts in both industry and academia who are actively working with digital agriculture solutions. The event will highlight how innovation and technology can address real challenges faced by modern farming systems.
Sessions will explain complex ideas in a clear and practical way, making them useful for a wide audience.
Keynote speakers include leaders with strong experience in agricultural innovation. One speaker named Brian Lutz, represents Corteva Agriscience and will share insights on digital solutions that support research development and long-term strategy.
Another keynote speaker named Stewart Collis, comes from the Gates Foundation and focuses on digital agriculture tools that support farmers in developing regions across Africa and South Asia.
Registration for the conference is open until March 1, 2026. Different pricing options are available to make the event accessible, including discounted rates for students.
