Spanish-Language Produce Safety Rule Grower Training Set

Registration is now open for a virtual, two-day, Spanish-language Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule Grower Training course on Feb. 12 and 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

This course is for produce growers, and co-organized by the Latino Economic Development Center, Michigan Food & Farming Systems, Michigan State University Extension, and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Participants may be from anywhere within the United States; if you know of growers or orgs that this would be relevant to outside of Minnesota, please pass this on.

If you're looking for English-language farm food safety trainings this winter -- find a full round-up of Minnesota's Produce Safety Rule Grower Trainings and Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) trainings on the University of Minnesota Extension website at https://extension.umn.edu/courses-and-events/gaps-and-fsma-workshops
