Randy Houser To Perform Live At Du Quoin State Fair 2026

Country music star Randy Houser is scheduled to perform at the Du Quoin State Fair Grandstand on Monday, September 7, 2026. This event is expected to bring a lively atmosphere to Southern Illinois, offering visitors a memorable evening of music and entertainment.

Houser is widely known for his strong voice and popular songs. Some of his well-known hits include “How Country Feels,” “Runnin’ Outta Moonlight,” “Boots On,” “Goodnight Kiss,” and “We Went.” His music has earned him recognition as one of the most powerful vocalists in country music. The New York Times praised his voice as “wholly different, thicker and more throbbing, a caldron bubbling over.”

“Randy Houser has one of those voices that instantly grabs your attention, and his live shows bring incredible energy to the stage,” said Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II. “We’re excited to welcome him to Du Quoin and know fairgoers are going to love this concert.”

Throughout his career, Houser has gained over one billion streams. He also received praise for his song “Like A Cowboy,” which became a Top 5 hit and was nominated for CMA Song of the Year. In addition to music, Houser has shown his acting talent in films such as Killers of the Flower Moon and The Hill.

“Randy Houser’s catalog is packed with songs fans know and sing along to, and he brings an authentic country sound that fits perfectly at the Du Quoin State Fair,” said Du Quoin State Fair Manager Luke Davison. “This is going to be a great night of live music at the Grandstand.”

Tickets for the concert will be available starting June 5 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster, with prices set at $35, $40, and $45 for different seating tiers.

The Du Quoin State Fair will run from August 28 to September 7, offering various attractions, events, and entertainment for visitors of all ages.
