Illinois Soybean Stocks Up 41 Percent, Wheat Up 31



Corn stocks in all positions on March 1, 2022 totaled 1.27 billion bushels, up 3 percent from March 1, 2021. On-farm stocks totaled 560 million bushels, while off-farm stocks totaled 706 million bushels. The December 2021-February 2022 indicated disappearance is 601 million bushels.

Soybean stocks in all positions on March 1, 2022 totaled 338 million bushels, up 41 percent from March 1, 2021. On-farm stocks totaled 135 million bushels, while off-farm stocks totaled 203 million bushels. The December 2021-February 2022 indicated disappearance is 242 million bushels.

All wheat stocks in all positions on March 1, 2022 totaled 22.8 million bushels, up 31 percent from March 1, 2021. On-farm stocks totaled 1.50 million bushels, while off-farm stocks totaled 21.3 million bushels. The December 2021-February 2022 indicated disappearance is 6.14 million bushels.
