Cover Crop Survey Invitation

The University of Illinois and collaborators invite farmers to participate in a brief survey about farmers' perspectives on cover crop assistance programs. Whether or not you use cover crops, we value your insights!

We know you are busy, so we have kept the survey brief. It should take about 12 minutes to complete, without needing to look anything up. Anyone completing the survey can enter a prize drawing for one of ten gift cards worth $100.

You can take the survey through March 15

The survey is open to farmers in Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana and intends to learn more about how programs managed by USDA, state agriculture departments, farm commodity organizations, and conservation organizations can better support farmers in planting cover crops. The project is being conducted by researchers at Indiana University, the University of Illinois, and The Nature Conservancy, with support from American Farmland Trust and Iowa Farmers Union. It is funded by The Nature Conservancy and the National Science Foundation. For more detailed information about the survey or the research team, visit: https://tinyurl.com/CCstudyinfo

If you are a landlord, family member, or employee, we would be appreciative if you would forward this email to the main decision-maker for your farm.

Thank you for your time and assistance!
